In short

Wanderhof reads your step count from Apple Health to turn it into energy for your farm. Your steps stay on your iPhone. Your farm is also kept in your own private iCloud, so it moves with you to a new iPhone. There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

What the app reads

What the app stores

This data is never sent to the developer or to anyone else. Only you can see your private iCloud data, the developer has no access to it. Deleting the app deletes the data on this iPhone. To delete the iCloud copy too, go to Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage (or Show All), and remove the Wanderhof data. If you don't want the farm in iCloud, turn off iCloud for Wanderhof in the same place.

Apple Watch, widgets and Live Activity

The widget, the Live Activity on the Lock Screen and the Apple Watch app show today's numbers from your farm. Your iPhone hands them directly to the widget and to your own Apple Watch. Nothing goes through a server.

Game Center (optional)

If you turn on Game Center under Today, the app sends your achievements (for example "First harvest") to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center account. Never your daily steps or any other health data. A few achievements are about all the steps you have walked (for example 50,000 steps), so they show roughly how far you have walked in all. There is no leaderboard. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; the developer receives no data from it.

Notifications

If you turn on the evening reminder or the note when your farmer is done, the app schedules local notifications on your iPhone. The note about finished work never comes between 21:00 and 08:00. No push server is involved.

Children

Wanderhof does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Datenschutzerklärung

Wanderhof · Stand: 2. Oktober 2026

Kurz gesagt

Was die App liest

Was die App speichert
